Newly Created Asset Do Not Show Up On Search (Doc ID 1588283.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.1 version, WebCenter Sites

Newly created asset do not show up on search on destination after a publish. After lucene re-indexing the newly created asset, it shows up in search.
The following warning is thrown

[2013-09-05 02:28:49,507 UTC] [WARN ] [temBasedClusteredEventExecutor] [fatwire.logging.cs.filelock] Failed to create RandomAccessFile in NioFileLock for [/u350/webcenter/sites/shared/clustersync/event/lock/SearchIndexEvent.nextruntime.ftlock].  Attempting a total of 400 times, waiting 25ms between attempts.  This failure occurred on attempt number 1.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /u350/webcenter/sites/shared/clustersync/event/lock/SearchIndexEvent.nextruntime.ftlock (Stale NFS file handle)
