LIBTUX_CAT:533 AND 516 occurs when service cache is recycled (Doc ID 1590985.1)

Symptoms

When using MP mode, tpcall() sometimes returns TPENOENT and reports in ULOG file the following error messages :

210053.<HOSTNAME>!simpserv.xxxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:533: ERROR: Cannot execute service, address not known

210053.<HOSTNAME>!simpserv.xxxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:516: ERROR: Unknown service request TOUPPER

This problem occurs when calling many services from one client.  If the number of services exceeds
SICACHEENTRIESMAX(default 500) it may occurs, but very rarely.
