High CPU Usage Of Coherence Nodes Even When There Is No Application Activity (Doc ID 1591500.1)

Symptoms

In a Coherence Cluster some of the nodes are using much more CPU than expected (around 30%) even on idle periods when the cluster is almost not accessed. A JFR output analysis shows the Invocation:Management thread is using most of the CPU.
