How to solve the issue on where xelsysadm user always gets to password expired page at login and after resetting the xelssyadm password through OIM Identity.
As a result, it's not possible to set a "permanent" password for xelsysadm as regardless of how many times one tries to supply a new "permanent" password, when xelsysadm would log out and back in, the password was still set as expired. The password “reset” is done from user search screen and not “changed” from self service page. This is preventing OIM from functioning as expected.
