How Can I Secure Delivery Environment (Doc ID 1592194.1)

We are trying to secure a Delivery environment. To do this follow the instructions in the "Administrator's Guide".
However, in one of the steps (page 103) indicates the need to limit access to the servlets: HelloCS, CatalogManager, TreeManager, DebugManager, CacheServer and Inventory. Applying these changes has stopped working publishing content from the staging environment to the Delivery, specifically limiting the access to CatalogManager.
Could you please tell us which is the correct security policy for Delivery environment, which also allows publication?.
