OHS Is Getting Restarted By OPMN (Doc ID 1593158.1)

Symptoms

The ohs1 component of a WebTier environment running on UNIX is restarting every 2-3 minutes. There are no obvious messages in <INSTANCE_HOME>/diagnostics/OHS/ohs1/ohs1.log indicating why it is restarting. The only messages logged in <INSTANCE_HOME>/diagnostics/OPMN/opmn/opmn.log are:
