Audit Log Rotated And Deleted If Audit to DB Is Enabled In Windows Environment

When audit setting for "Maximum File Size (MB)" change from default 10 MB to other value for example 1 MB, we can observed that the audit log rotation is not working. We can observed this below abnormal behaviour:
(1) The audit log file size keep increasing even though the max file size limit has been reached and we can see Exception in OAM Server Diagnostic Log as shown below:
(2) Sometimes Audit Log get rotated but the rotated audit file will get disappear or removed immediately
