Users Unable to Delete Files/Folders They Uploaded/Created (Doc ID 1596471.1)

Symptoms

 User is unable to delete files uploaded via Document Explorer task flow. Neither is the user able to delete a newly created Folder s/he created.

Changes

1. Login to Spaces as 'weblogic'
2. Create a test Space - myTestGS (Public / Team Site)
3. Go to the Manage > Roles
4. Click the 'Edit Permissions' button on the 'Moderator' role
5. Leave the following checked/unchecked in the Documents section:
   [ ] Administration
   [ ] Delete Documents - (this option allows deleting other users docs)
   [X] Create and Edit Documents - (this option allows deleting user's own docs)
   [X] View Documents
6. Click 'Save' button

--> KEY: You may need to restart things to sync up the permissions

7. Go to the Documents page
8. Upload a sample test document
9. Right-mouse click on the document you have uploaded you should NOT see
   a 'Delete...' option.  *** This is unexpected behavior ***
10. Go to Actions > Manage > All Settings
11. Go to the 'Content' tab -> 'Documents' sub-tab
12. Right-mouse click on the document you have uploaded you should NOT see
    a 'Delete...' option. *** This is unexpected behavior ***
