Domain Users Are Prompted For Login In Forms Recognition Verifier/Designer After Enabling "Activate Windows Authentication" In Project (Doc ID 1597770.1)

Symptoms

After checking the "Activate Windows Authentication" setting in Designer and adding Windows Users in the AP Solution Project, Windows users are still being prompted when opening Verifier to input their UserID/Password. This only happens on certain machines configured for the same project.  On these machines, users can open Verifier without getting prompted when logged in from a specific domain.
