JDeveloper 12c Crashes at Start-up

Symptoms
For both 32bit and 64bit jDev 12.1.2.0.0, when running on some Linux (Fedora, Ubuntu, Mint and etc), crashes at start up.

This does not happen to JDeveloper 11g.
