JDeveloper 12c Crashes at Start-up (Doc ID 1598331.1)

Symptoms

For both 32bit and 64bit jDev 12.1.2.0.0, when running on some Linux (Fedora, Ubuntu, Mint and etc), crashes at start up.

This does not happen to JDeveloper 11g.
