Symptoms

After configuring WebURLMaps in UCM 11g a 404 error occurs.

These steps were followed:

To add a WebURLMap in 11g:

1. Go http://<host>:<port>/cs/idcplg?IdcService=GET_WEBURLMAP_PAGE

2. Added:

Map: cs/webtest/
Prefix: /cs/groups/public/documents/webtest/

3. Going to the web mapped URL gives a 404 error: http://<host>:<port>/cs/webtest/city.txt

This URL Works: http://<host>:<port>/cs/groups/public/documents/webtest/city.txt
