WCC 11.1.1.7 - DOCPROFILE_PREVIEW Does Not Show Default Values Defined In Configuration Manager (Doc ID 1598753.1)

Symptoms

The default values defined in Configuration Manager applet are not shown in the profile previews created by DOCPROFILE_PREVIEW in WCC 11.1.1.7.0. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new metadata field in Configuration Manager and set a default value.
  A. Launch the Configuration Manager applet
  B. Add a new field 'test2' set it to be Text > add default value to be 'Default Value from Info Field'.

2. Create a rule with default value:
  A. In the Configuration Manager applet > Rules > Create a rule called test2
  B. Add the field xComments and set the default value to test.

3. Create a Profile and use the Preview, this will use the service DOCPROFILE_PREVIEW:
  A. Go to the Profiles tab
  B. Create a profile Test_Profile2 > Add the rule test2.
  C. Click on Preview
     a. Select the Event = On Request
     b. Select the Action = Check In New
     c. Click Show...

4. Review the Check in page from the preview is showing an empty value for the test2 field.

All fields that have a default value set in the Configuration Manager > Information fields > Select (field) > Default Value, are not showing in the Profile > Previews tab.
