Symptoms

After configuring the Oracle Wallet per the instructions detailed in the WebCenter Administrator's Guide for Application Adapters, Configuring the Oracle E-Business Suite Plug-In, Section 2.4.2 Securing Communications Through SSL (Oracle E-Business Suite), the environment is unable to communicate with the rest of the integration.

Executing the below sql statement, results in the following error:

The Oracle Wallet was installed on one of the middle tiers.
