Symptoms
When using an Input Format of "mm-dd-yyyy" on a Capture Date field, the date does not get formatted when selecting a new image in the thumbnail control while focus is on that field. This is causing an error to be returned by Content Server stating "Unable to Parse Date" since Content Server is expecting the date value to be "mm-dd-yyyy", but is receiving a date of "mm/dd/yyyy".
