RTS Server hangs / stops processing for a specific invoice during the Classification / Extraction.
- The invoice is not completed by RTS.
- A restart of the RTS Service is needed to continue processing other invoices.
- The issue is repeatable with the invoice that cause the hanging / stopping of processing.
