Forms Recognition RTS Server Stops Processing During the Classification / Extraction Step (Doc ID 1601125.1)

Symptoms

RTS Server hangs / stops processing for a specific invoice during the Classification / Extraction.

  1. The invoice is not completed by RTS.
  2. A restart of the RTS Service is needed to continue processing other invoices.
  3. The issue is repeatable with the invoice that cause the hanging / stopping of processing.
