Indexer Stalling Batch Loading Content Into WCC 11g System - TextExport fails

Webcenter Content 11g
When batchloading content, the check ins are completing but indexing stalls on 'Indexing additions'.
There is no direct error message or exception in the WCC audit trace, but this is reported on the taskmanager trace:
The lines following the error will show the document that TextExport is failing to index on.
Running the TextExport process manually over the offending document will work, so to inidcate that it's not an issue parsing the file content.
