'JPS-01061: Access to boostrap credential store denied to application code.' Error Signaled When Launching Standalone Agent When ODI 11g is Configured With External Authentication (Doc ID 1602223.1)

Symptoms

After setting EXTERNAL AUTHENTICATION with ODI version 11.1.1.3.0 and restarting the standalone Agent, an error message is signalled indicating:

'JPS-01061: Access to boostrap credential store denied to application code.' Error When Staring ODI Standalone Agent With External Authentication. ODI Studio works fine.

The following exception will be something like:

javax.servlet.UnavailableException: ODI-1404: Agent <AGENT_NAME> start failure:
an authentication error occurred while connecting to the master repository.
Caused by: oracle.odi.core.security.BadCredentialsException: ODI-10199: Incorrect ODI username or password.
oracle.security.jps.JpsRuntimeException: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission context=SYSTEM,mapName=jps_map,keyName=jps_key read)
