How to Remove the Asterisk (*) for Metadata Fields from the Managed Attachment's Check-in Page (Doc ID 1602951.1)

Symptoms

On the MA Check-In page, Share Document and Security Group have an asterisk symbol denoting they are required fields.  Content can still be attached to EBS records even if these fields are not entered with values.
