Symptoms

Publish takes minimum 20 minutes and sometimes it takes hours, in the past there were publications that took a few seconds or so which is great, but for the most common cases it takes long time. It doesn't matter what is the size or the quantity of the published items, it would take long time even if it is the published item is only one small template.
