A Pagelet Is Not Cached In Satellite Cache The First Time Is Rendered (Doc ID 1604082.1)

Symptoms

In some pages, the first time rendering them, one of its pagelets is not cached in Satellite cache, but it appears in Sites cache (The pagelet is called using render:calltemplate without style, so style="pagelet").
When reloading the rendered page, the pagelet is cached in Satellite cache.

The following has been observed in the logs:

Sites.log in a remote Satellite Server:

[2013-11-05 11:46:40.348][CS.SATELLITE.CACHE][DEBUG] Caching pagedata Page/SamplePage

[2013-11-05 11:46:40.349][CS.SATELLITE.CACHE][DEBUG] Object would ordinarily be cached but Content Server overrode this.  As a result, object 'page: ?c=Page&cid=[PageID#]&context=Page:[PageID#]:SamplePage&idioma=es&niveltitulo=2&pagename=Page/SamplePage&rendermode=preview&site=SampleSite' will not be cached.

In the second call, SampleSite is in Sites cache, Sites returns it to remote Satellite Server and tells to cache it.
