Symptoms
After upgrading the environment from PS4 (11.1.1.5) to later release (11.1.1.6, 11.1.1.7, etc...), the following WARNING message is shown during WLS servers (AdminServer and managed servers).

The issue started occuring after upgrading the environment from 11.1.1.5.0
