Goal
Oracle Tuxedo System and Applications Monitor (also known as TSAM) data flooding issue
Adding monitoring policies in TSAM with callpath monitoring on an interval of 6000 seconds.
After enabled the policy, and within 10 seconds, had about 500 records in the mon_cpsegment table and growing rapidly
