Symptoms

Site Studio Publish Now deletes static content

It appears the content was upgraded from a 10gR3 content server running a SQL SERVER to a 11g content server using an Oracle Database. As a result it appears that some of the content in the project file or even content id's hard coded into the page for footers and headers, may be lower case while others are upper case, which creates a mixed case enviroment.
