Symptoms

The following Exception is thrown when accessing the wsdl on a JRF enabled Domain.  The same exception is not thrown when WebLogic has not been extended with JRF.

This only occurs when the Axis WebService can throw SoapFaults.

The following Error is shown when accessing the WSDL:
