Symptoms

System is a two node Cluster.  The Content Server hosts a web site.  

WebLogic 10.3.6 with a two node cluster.

When node 1 is stopped the traffic stops. The traffic is not redirected to node 2.

The nodes have a front end load balancer that is set to distribute to the WLS system.

Is there a process in WLS to move the load?
