How to use resource bundle in Space Task Flows Customization (Doc ID 1608218.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 11, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Portal - Version 11.1.1.6.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The following section was followed to customize a space task flow and apply the customization to a spaces application:

25 Customizing Task Flows
Oracle® Fusion Middleware Developer's Guide for Oracle WebCenter Portal
11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0)
Part Number E10148-18
URL: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E25178_01/webcenter.1111/e10148/jpsdg_taskflows.htm

The customization requires use of the resource bundle to define a label name. For example, adding a new button in the customization and defining the button label name in the resource bundle.

If the customization project name is MyCustTF, then the project generates the MyCustTFOverrideBundle.xlf which contains the key-value define.

If deploying the customization to a space, the label that uses the resource bundle will be blank.
