As of January 1st 2014, OSSO 10gR3 is moving in from the extended stage of Lifetime Support into the Sustaining stage.
Details
As of January 1, 2014, OSSO 10gR3 is moving from the Extended stage of Lifetime Support into the Sustaining stage.
Because product releases supported by Sustaining Support are not fully supported, information and skills regarding those releases may be limited. The availability of hardware systems to run such product releases may also be limited.

Oracle recommends migrating to Access Manager 11.1.2.1.0.
There will be no new certifications of Operating Systems, Application Servers, JDKs, Provisioning or Recon Targets, Databases or any other third-party or Oracle stack components with which OSSO 10gR3 interacts, or relies upon.
Per the Technical Support Polices:
- Sustaining Support does not include the 24-hour commitment and response guidelines for Severity 1 Service Requests as defined in the Severity Level section of the Technical Support Policy.
- Existing patches and upgrade scripts will continue to be available.
- Support continues to be available via My Oracle Support.
