Symptoms
In OAG 11.1.2.1.0, if a Java application is dependent on certain libraries placed under the lib directory, OAG does not load the jar library into the classpath.
The next error is reported in trace files:
Placing the jar library file to $VDISTDIR/ext/lib directory does not help either.
