Of 2 Instances Of Oracle API Gateway, Only One Instance Shows Traffic On The Admin Console (Doc ID 1609020.1)

Symptoms

In this particular scenario, the environment consists of two VMs with each one having one instance of Oracle API Gateway (OAG): <GATEWAY1> and <GATEWAY2>

It was noticed that when monitoring the traffic view on the Manager Console, only traffic going through <GATEWAY2> shows up there, with the data from <GATEWAY1> is missing.  Also, <GATEWAY2> was stopped and only the <GATEWAY1> instance was up and running.  Even though the requests are going through OAG without any errors, no traffic updates are being shown from <GATEWAY1>, as it is not showing on console's traffic view.
