Active Directory Groups are Not Mapping as UCM Roles (Doc ID 1609357.1)

Symptoms

Uses from a active directory server can login to the Content Server, but are only assigned the default roles:  guest, authenticated

Roles are not mapping from Active Directory Groups when a user logs into the content server.  The user correctly belongs to the Active Directory groups.

An Active Directory provider is configured in Weblogic.  The User and groups show up correctly in Weblogic Server Console > My realms.
