Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle Discoverer 11g from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 on AIX 7.1 server.
After upgrading, when starting the components, all components are working fine.
But the command 'opmnctl status' returns the error:
>opmnctl status
