Adding the Field "Folder" to a Profile When Using Rules to Re-Order the Field in Framework Folders 11.1.1.7. Does not Work (Doc ID 1610728.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Content Server using Framework Folders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding the field "Folder to a profile and using Rules to re-order the field, the field still shows up at the top of the page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the field "Folder" follow the rule created for it per note Adding Folder to Profile, Rules with Framework folders enabled [ID 1510354.1]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch the Configuration Manager Applet.
2. Create a rule and select "fParentGUID" . This is the metadata for Folder field.
3. Make the rule 'is Group' to easily identify the field - Folder.
4. Add the rule to the profile.
5. Publish schema and Schema base to have the Profile activated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not see the field as they would like it to be, ie moved to a different location in the page
