Symptoms

An error occurs in the browser when attempting to open WFR Web Verifier: 

Server Error in '/WebVerifier' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'Brainware.System.AppConfiguration' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
