Symptoms

Error message when attempting to connect to Imaging Server and configure the Imaging commit profile after a second IPM node is started.

Failed to automatically connect to I/PM system and retrieve data. Please correct the log in settings and reconnect.
Error: Failed to log in.
Exception: oracle.imaging.ImagingException:
TCM-00020: Unable to authenticate user
Fault Type: Usage.

Changes

 Added a second Imaging node, plus load balancing.
