Getting Message: "Error Occurred While Refreshing The Task List" When "Refresh" on BPM Workspace (Doc ID 1611404.1)

Goal

After applying patch 16707698 an error occurs after clicking on My Tasks and then the Refresh button.

"Error occurred while refreshing the Task List" when the  immediately following a click on the "My Tasks" link.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install patch: p16707698_111170_Generic
2) Open BPM workspace application
3) Sign on as a valid user
4) On the Home Page, click on "Views" then "My tasks" (under "Inbox")
5) Immediately click on the Refresh button on the top right corner
The error message "Error occurred while refreshing the Task List" will appear in a dialog.
