Symptoms

APEX is working on https://servername.abc.com/pls/apex/

Another server has been configured to run against the same APEX instance: http://newserver.abc.com/pls/apex

When running http://newserver.abc.com/pls/apex/apex_admin/ no error is presented on the login page a and the URL in the browser is something like:

http://newserver.abc.com/pls/apex/f?p=4550:10:1086788894044615::::FSP_AFTER_LOGIN_URL:\f?p=4050|3|454510364557669\
