When Committing PDF Image Only Within Enterprise Capture, Error "The font path is not specified" Occurs

Symptoms
When attempting to commit documents to PDF Image Only format, the following error is reported in the CommitProcessor log:

The error does not present when the image format for commit is tif. It only appears for PDF.
