Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Core B2B Platform

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A composite with B2B binding that is supposed to process messages picked from source directory by a File Adapter doesn't get triggered even though the composite is listed as Active and ON in EM Console.

ERROR
---------------
There is no error in logs, except the following clue in soa server diagnostic log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The composite should be triggered normally and should consume messages.
