Symptoms

You updated WCC 11.1.1.7.0 to WCC 11.1.1.8.0. You tried to move an existing folder, created under Framework Folders in 11.1.1.7, from "/" to "/Enterprise Libraries", but this failed. It remains under the root "/", in this case /ALMALtd.

You may see an error like the following, but it may take 3 minutes or more to appear:
