Renaming a Document in WebCenter does not Change Modify Date and Author

Symptoms
When renaming a file in WebCenter Portal with a user different from the original creator, then the author and the Release Date in UCM do not change.
Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Create a new document in WebCenter Portal under a Portal (Space) with UserA
2. Check the document in UCM.
3. Wait for a day
4. Rename the file from WebCenter Portal with UserB
5. Check the file again in UCM.
Notice that the Author is still UserA and also, the date remained the date of the original creation of the document.
