Goal

The "export-ldif" command can be performed in offline mode while the server has been started. This then provides that there are 3 different ways an ldif can be exported using export-ldif.

1) export-ldif in online mode (requires the server to be started)
2) export-ldif in offline mode while the server is running
3) export-ldif in offline mode after the server has been stopped
