"Oracle Data Integrator - Standalone Agent" Template Not Listed in the ODI 12c Configuration Wizard (Doc ID 1616001.1)

Symptoms

When following Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4 documentation here:

For task Selecting the Configuration Template, it instructs you to select the Oracle Data Integrator - Standalone Agent <VERSION> [odi] from the wizard template selection.

In fact, this does not appear in the wizard panel.

Templates only for the J2EE Agent and the Colocated Agents are displayed.
