Cannot Restore Deleted File In JDeveloper in 11gR2 (Doc ID 1617532.1)

Goal

A Java file was deleted from JDeveloper after Local History check box is checked in the IDE options.

1. The option to "Restore from Local History" is not available
2. The file is not found in the .history folder
3. Verified that Enable Local History was checked in JDeveloper preferences
