Symptoms

On : 4.0 version, Installation Issues.
When attempting to save a file the following error occurs.

ERROR
---------
Unable to save C:\Temp\Untitled10.sql (java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException).


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. try to save an .sql file
