Goal
After having the issues reported in <Note 1532032.1> - Processing MODPLSQL Application Crashes Database with ORA-04030 / ORA-04031 Out of Process Memory Errors in a Linux x86-64 environment.
When attempting to install the patch for this bug, the problem doesn't seem to be fixed.

Cause
The patch provides a new version of modplsql.so, but originally the file is named with an underscore mod_plsql.so.
