Symptoms
Files fail to be indexed when they're checked in. Indexing also fails when attempting to rebuild the search collection. Errors like the following are encountered:
"Failed to find indexable webviewable for content item xxxx with revlabel x and dID xxxxx".
Special characters inside Vault path could lead to same error.
Server Output will show:
"webViewable rather than primaryFile"
systemdatabase/7 02.09 14:17:45.221 index update work (start) SELECT * FROM FileStorage WHERE dID=190865 AND dRenditionId='webViewableFile'
Changes
Change the defaultStorage rule to utilize dispersion or Webless JDBC.
