IPM Users In Active Directory Can No Longer Log In And Getting "Access is Denied Error" Popups. (Doc ID 1621409.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
System administrators ran an MS office 365 update and no users are able to login.


AD group users are no longer able to login to IPM.  The are receiving the below error:

Oracle Imaging and Process Management

Access is denied.

The administrator account is still able to access the system.
