Menu Readability Problem in Skyros Skin When Using IE 9 Browser (Doc ID 1622554.1)

Symptoms

Background color of menu items changes to yellow when accessing a Portal/Space via Internet Explorer 9 (IE9).
Portal/Space uses "Skyros" skin for look and layout.

Changes

Create a Portal/Space and choose to use "Skyros" skin for look and layout. The default page template can be "WebCenter Portal Top Navigation" or "Skyros Top Navigation".
Access the Portal/Space in IE9, Firefox, and Chrome.
While hovering the mouse over the top menu, the background color of the menu items changes to yellow in IE9 where as it changes to a darker shade of blue in Firefox and Chrome.
Latter is expected behavior.
