Sometimes Tooltip Of Revision Tracked Asset Tab Can Get Stuck (Doc ID 1623729.1)

Symptoms

In Contributor UI, hover over the tab of a revision tracked asset and box below the tab that states “Version 2 – Locked by: You” appeares. The issue is that the tooltip won’t go away, and restricts the view and access to the buttons behind it. After clicking, hovering, checking in the asset the box still won’t go away.
