Using a Web Page the HTML table header is not displayed correctly in IE9 (Doc ID 1624747.1)

Symptoms

There is a page to upload documents as HTML, and is displayed on the portal by using the Web page task flow.
There is a table in the HTML, but the header of the table is not displayed correctly in IE9 even though it is displayed correctly in IE8.
